Refunds info
Refunds will not be issued after the close of the event deadline. Most all deadlines are 14 days out from the start of the event.
Once the event is full we will ask for payment to hold your spot in the event. You will have 24 hours to make payment or if a team wants the spot they will be granted your spot if they are paying at that time.
Weather refunds are based on the number of games plays:
(a) Any team receiving 5 games in a 7 game guarantee will not be issued a refund.
(b)Any team playing 4 game of a 7 game guarantee will be issued a 25% refund.
(c) Any teams playing 2 game in a 7 game guarantee will be issued a 50% refund.
(d) If no games are played then the tournament will keep $50 for their admin fees to cover cost that they may have obtained while running this event.
(e) Any events that are different than four game guarantees refunds will be determined by the director of that event.
(f) in case of inclement weather the tournament director has the option to change the format to but not limited to (a) shortening game times, (b) shortening number of innings per game, (C) changing run rules,
(D) dropping pool play game seeding bracket on USSSA points, (e) dropping losers brackets.
Stay to Play
We do not use stay to play in any event except our USSSA Paducah, Kentucky events however we may ask teams to provide us a list of housing they are using at

8u rules
(A) 6 runs per inning
(B) play 10 players in the field
(C) 5 pitches or 3 strikes
(D) No walks
(E) Coach Pitcher must have one foot on the mound
(F) The player pitcher must have one foot inside the circle
(G) After the 3rd inning if mathematically impossible to come back game is over.
(H) Time will be called when a defensive player has possession of the ball in advance of the lead runner. If a runner is more than half way to the next base when time is called, the runner will be awarded the next base. If they are not half
way to the next base when time is called they will be returned to the previous base safely. The defensive team may
have a maximum of 3 defensive conferences per game.
(I) A runner may not leave a base until the pitch leaves the pitcher hand.
(J) Additional Coaches: In addition to base coaches, only a coach in the pitcher’s circle is allowed on the field of play.
The coach pitcher must deliver the pitch with one foot in contact with the pitching plate. The pitching coach may only
coach the batter prior to the pitch. He/she may not coach the batter-runner at ANY time. PENALTY: The batter is
charged with a PITCH. The pitching coach must make an effort to avoid interfering with the play. If in the umpire’s
judgment, a coach interferes unintentionally with the batted ball and/or defensive play, the ball will be declared dead
and the pitch replayed. If in the umpire’s judgment, a coach interferes intentionally, the lead runner is out and the
play replayed. If there are no runners, the batter is out
