Welcome to the USA ES Showcase Event to be hosted by USSSA Tim Foster and mark Feller at the Elizabethtown, Kentucky Sports Complex July 4th-6th.
Your directors Tim Foster and Mark Feller how over 60 years experience in running events, coaches elite level teams and Mark as coached at the college level. We have listen to teams about the rising cost of events and playing 70 minutes or less in Showcase events. We have listen to teams complain about the Stay To Play and have worked our hardest to keep this off this event as we feel this is an extra expense passed on to teams that shouldn't be,
So if you are tired of paying for overprice events and want your money's worth, then give us an opportunity to host you team in E-Town Kentucky.
Event format/Rules:
This is a five game guarantee with four pool games and teams split into to separated brackets.
All games are 80 minute games finish the time limit. Pool may end in tie.
Bracket play will be 80 minutes finish the inning. Must have winners.
Teams may bat as many players as they want.
Courtesy runners can be anyone on the team in pool play. Bracket play must be a sub if no sub last completed at bat.
Things needed to play:
Be USSSA registered
Roster all players on USSSA
Sent copy of insurance.
Stay To Play: No this is not a stay to play, however we will need to know hotels, room numbers and nights stayed for the Visitors Bureau for their economic impact.
In case of Inclement weather the directors may have to change the format to but not limited to shortening games times, number of innings played, dropping pool games. Rain out number 812-379-3272.
Gate fees for the weekend are :
